About the role

PERSOL is partnering with a range of mid‑market operational businesses in Auckland and the wider North Island to source experienced Logistics and Operations Support professionals. The roles span warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, FMCG and distribution environments, offering temporary, contract and permanent opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse, transport and production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.
• Manage dispatch schedules, transport documentation and customer service queries.
• Provide administrative support to operational teams, including data entry and reporting.
• Utilise ERP, WMS and transport management systems to track and optimise workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fast‑paced warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Highly organised with keen attention to detail.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
