Logistics Co‑ordinator – Produce Company

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and organised Logistics Co‑ordinator to join our produce business in Mangere, Auckland. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to manage both domestic and international orders, ensuring smooth flow from farm to customer.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end‑to‑end logistics of produce orders, including shipment planning and tracking.
• Maintain accurate order records and update inventory systems.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customs agents to resolve any issues.
• Prepare and monitor shipping documentation for domestic and overseas deliveries.
• Support the sales and marketing teams with order status reporting and forecasting.
