Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support large‑scale educational studies by providing logistics and administrative assistance to project teams. Working closely with schools, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure testing schedules run smoothly and resources are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for nationwide education research projects, including scheduling, shipping devices and hard packs to schools.
• Liaise with schools and external suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve issues.
• Track project expenses, raise payment requests and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain up‑to‑date logistics registers and reporting dashboards.
• Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting the planning and delivery of large‑scale projects.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with schools and internal colleagues.
• Self‑starter with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
