Logistics and Operations Support Professionals

About the role

PERSOL is seeking experienced Logistics and Operations Support Professionals for a range of opportunities across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, FMCG and distribution environments in South Auckland and surrounding corridors. Roles may be temporary, contract or permanent and focus on keeping operational processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, dispatch and transport activities.
• Administer warehouse and inventory systems, ensuring accurate data flow.
• Support production scheduling and inventory control.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain documentation and compliance for operational processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, FMCG or distribution.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced operational settings.
• Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Familiarity with transport management systems.
