Licensed Food Truck Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Food Truck Manager to lead our busy food truck and bar operation in Ellerslie, Auckland. This part‑time, on‑site position offers a hands‑on environment where you can develop new skills, take on responsibility and contribute to the growth of a vibrant mobile food service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food truck and bar, ensuring smooth service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimise waste and control costs.
• Supervise and schedule staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain licensing requirements, including food safety and alcohol permits.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising a food‑service or mobile‑catering operation.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand food safety and licensing standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
