Legal Sales Consultant – Remote (UK)

About the role

Sprintlaw is looking for a Legal Sales Consultant to join its distributed team across the UK. You will be the first point of contact for startups and small businesses, helping them understand how Sprintlaw’s fixed‑fee legal packages differ from traditional services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, text and phone.
• Use legal knowledge to scope client needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Explain Sprintlaw’s value proposition and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Draft accurate legal briefs for the internal legal team.
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients using sales strategies.
• Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives and attend business‑development events.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent client‑management abilities.
• Enthusiasm for sales and a genuine interest in supporting startups and entrepreneurs.
• Ability to think quickly, ask for help when needed, and work autonomously.
