Legal Counsel – FinTech Regulatory Specialist

About the role

Revolut’s Legal team sits at the heart of the business, supporting product launches, regulatory engagements and cross‑functional projects. As a Legal Counsel you will tackle high‑priority, complex legal matters that shape the growth of a fast‑moving FinTech company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and apply strategies for engaging with regulators worldwide, including the PRA and FCA.
• Advise on cutting‑edge legal issues related to payments, banking and trading product roll‑outs.
• Lead high‑intensity, fast‑moving cross‑team projects to ensure regulatory compliance under tight timelines.
• Build and implement solutions that improve the efficiency of the global legal function.
• Provide compliance and legal advice to the UK Bank on new product structuring, marketing and promotion.
• Draft and manage communications and applications with financial regulators.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Demonstrated experience working with financial regulators (e.g., PRA, FCA) and handling complex regulatory matters.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
