LATAM Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The LATAM Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing initiatives across Latin America for a global fintech group. Working from our Albany office, you will collaborate with regional Business Development Managers, senior leadership and the global marketing team to deliver campaigns, events and digital activities for Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support marketing activities across LATAM markets.
• Act as the primary liaison between LATAM BDMs, management and the global marketing team.
• Execute and follow‑up on campaigns, promotions and regional initiatives.
• Manage translation and localisation of marketing materials into Spanish and Portuguese.
• Assist the Events Manager with expos, seminars, webinars and partner events.
• Align marketing activities with regional business objectives.
• Oversee content creation, social media, email marketing and website updates for LATAM.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, translators and media partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing coordination or executive role.
• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience in FinTech, financial services or other regulated industries is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, stakeholder‑management and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
