Kotlin Developer – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Kotlin Developer to join our AI training platform. You will work remotely with a global community of engineers, creating and evaluating code that helps improve state‑of‑the‑art AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve coding challenges focused on Android development for AI training.
• Write clean, well‑documented Kotlin code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, performance, and readability.
• Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Preferred experience with Kotlin and Android development.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience as a software developer, coder, or programmer is a plus.
