KiwiSaver Financial Adviser – No Experience Needed

About the role

Carrot Wealth is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as KiwiSaver Financial Advisers. No prior advice experience is required – we provide full mentorship, coaching, and even schedule client meetings for you.

Key responsibilities

• Assist New Zealand residents with their KiwiSaver plans and help them achieve their retirement goals.
• Conduct client consultations that are pre‑booked by the company.
• Provide clear, compliant financial information and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client records in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with senior advisers to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Strong interest in personal finance and retirement planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
• Willingness to learn and obtain any necessary certifications.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of KiwiSaver legislation (preferred but not mandatory).
