Kitchen Team Member

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Back of House Kitchen Team Members to join Dôme’s café network. In this role you will help prepare ingredients and menu items to a consistently high standard while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce menu items according to Dôme’s quality standards.
• Ensure all ingredients are stocked, measured, and ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment throughout the shift.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods and assist with stock rotation.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering great food to guests.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Initiative to identify and complete tasks without prompting.
• Flexibility to work any day between 5 am and 9 pm.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
