Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, routine services, and complex repairs in line with Kia dealership standards.
• Execute repair work and maintenance tasks while strictly following checklists and quality‑control procedures.
• Conduct test drives after repairs to verify performance and safety.
• Carry out pre‑delivery inspections and install accessories as required.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency benchmarks and attend mandatory factory training sessions.

Required profile

• Qualified Automotive Technician with at least 3 years of experience in a dealership or franchise environment.
• Possession of a Warrant of Fitness (WOF) certification is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Valid, clean driver’s licence.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability.
