Key Accounts Executive

About the role

The Key Accounts Executive will introduce Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology to enterprise and C‑suite organisations across New Zealand. This role positions the CGM solution as a strategic tool to boost workforce productivity, employee wellbeing, and overall value proposition. You will work directly with senior decision‑makers to translate health technology into clear business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage senior‑level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and executive teams within large organisations.
• Lead insight‑driven conversations linking health outcomes to productivity, cost avoidance and return on investment.
• Translate Dexcom CGM data into business‑relevant metrics and present economic analyses to support executive decisions.
• Identify, shape and develop a new enterprise market segment for Dexcom in New Zealand, creating account‑level strategies for long sales cycles.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Medical, Legal and Market Access teams to co‑create enterprise propositions.

Required profile

• Proven commercial acumen with experience engaging C‑suite stakeholders.
• Exceptional executive‑level communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret health data and articulate economic and workforce impact.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and market creation.
• Track record of influencing senior decision‑makers and shaping new market opportunities.
