Key Account Support

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking a Key Account Support professional to deliver an exceptional level of service to its customers. You will combine telesales, relationship management and order processing to drive growth and resolve client issues.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telesales activities, actively seeking and closing new business.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to encourage cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a strong desire to meet targets.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and solve problems.
• Keen to continuously learn about new products and services.
• Personable with a proven ability to build relationships.
• Experience in SAP and the IT industry is desirable but not essential.
