Key Account Manager

About the role

DKSH Beauty & Wellness is seeking a commercially‑minded Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of major retail customers in New Zealand. You will drive profitable growth by building strong partnerships, supporting brand strategies, and ensuring flawless execution of promotions, launches, and pricing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key retail customers to achieve sustainable sales growth.
• Support and execute new product launches, promotions, pricing changes, and category reviews.
• Analyse sales performance, prepare forecasts, and deliver accurate reporting and presentations.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and assist new business initiatives.
• Coordinate with Brand, Supply Chain, Field Sales, Logistics, and Digital teams for seamless execution.
• Provide customer insights and feedback to inform brand and category strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Brand, or Commercial roles, preferably in Beauty, FMCG, or major retail.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with large retailers.
• Strong analytical capability with confidence working with sales data, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and follow‑through.
• Proactive, resilient mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
