About the role
Active Peptide Company is seeking a self‑driven Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strategic sales relationships with customers in the Personal Care market across the East Coast. The role focuses on face‑to‑face interaction, growth initiatives, and collaboration with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and sustain key account relationships with personal‑care customers.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive sales targets.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
- Maintain accurate account records and forecast sales performance.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in specialty active ingredient sales with a proven track record.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Goal‑focused, proactive growth mindset and strong teamwork orientation.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
