Key Account Manager – ACOT, TWL & Hardware

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships with national trade players for its ACOT, TWL and hardware product lines. You will own the joint business plan, drive sales growth, and ensure profitable execution of range, pricing and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key national accounts, creating joint business plans that cover assortment, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Own the full P&L for the assigned accounts, aligning sales targets with broader company objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and category teams to design shopper solutions and ensure excellent market execution.
• Lead forecast planning together with finance and supply chain to guarantee service levels and financial consistency.
• Negotiate commercial terms and represent Reckitt’s value‑based trading approach in customer discussions.
• Continuously improve category management practices to increase efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing national accounts in FMCG or related consumer‑focused markets.
• Strong commercial insight with a track record of P&L ownership and strategic sales planning.
• Ability to translate challenges into growth opportunities through practical problem‑solving.
• Passion for customer service and building collaborative, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with a data‑driven, consultative approach.
