Junior Technical Business Analyst – Healthcare Data

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Business Analyst to join our fast‑growing healthcare technology team in Auckland. In this role you will work at the intersection of data, technology and health, helping to shape how complex health data is captured, processed and delivered to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse real‑world healthcare datasets to identify data quality and integration challenges.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and clinical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support the design and implementation of data pipelines and reporting solutions for a next‑generation health platform.
• Document functional requirements, data models and process flows.
• Participate in testing, validation and continuous improvement of data‑driven features.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in healthcare data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
