Junior Solution Architect – Agentic AI & AWS

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Solution Architect who will turn client ideas into working AI solutions on AWS. The role sits at the intersection of design and implementation, allowing you to sketch architectures in the morning and deliver a prototype by the afternoon.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate business problems into scalable AI architectures.
• Develop hands‑on prototypes using AWS services and validate agentic AI frameworks.
• Design multi‑agent systems with complex workflows.
• Own the end‑to‑end AWS stack, including security, scalability and cost optimisation.
• Work directly under the CTO from day one, receiving mentorship and guidance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of software development experience and a desire to move into architecture.
• Strong familiarity with AWS (Lambda, ECS, Bedrock, SageMaker, DynamoDB, S3).
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI concepts such as RAG, prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and understand security/compliance requirements.
