Junior End User Compute Technician

About the role

As a Junior End User Compute Technician you will be the first point of contact for onsite IT support, helping Foodies staff stay connected and productive. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical assistance, manage hardware requests and work closely with the wider IT Operations team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite support through the Landing Drive Tech Desk.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and end‑user technology issues.
• Set up and deploy laptops, desktops and other end‑user devices.
• Manage hardware requests for new starters and existing team members.
• Support meeting‑room technology and onsite IT equipment.
• Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Advocate for users to ensure a positive IT support experience.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Level 1 support role.
• Passion for technology and helping people.
• Knowledge of Windows devices, Microsoft 365 and end‑user computing technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with a customer‑first approach.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
