IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a practical, service‑focused IT Support Analyst to join our ICT team and provide responsive Level 1 and Level 2 support across the IHC Group. In this varied role you will help staff with day‑to‑day ICT issues, service requests and access to business systems while contributing to a reliable support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft 365, Windows, business applications and user access.
• Document fixes, keep users informed and escalate complex problems when required.
• Manage support tickets, prioritize work and ensure adherence to ICT procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the ICT support function.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Service Desk, desktop support or similar ICT support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with clear communication and a solutions‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage support requests, maintain accurate ticket notes and escalate appropriately.

• Microsoft Active Directory and Azure.
• User access administration and ICT security practices.
• ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE (advantage).
