About the role
Our client, a boutique investment firm, is seeking an IT Applications Service Delivery Manager to ensure their technology platforms are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business goals. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, leading an application support team and coordinating with third‑party vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Apply ITIL, Agile or similar frameworks to keep the software development lifecycle (SDLC) predictable and smooth.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high‑performing application support team.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for service delivery initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a 2nd/3rd‑level application support team.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Motivated professional with a focus on service excellence.
