About the role
We are looking for an Inwards Goods Assistant to join our warehouse team at Mitre 10 Mega Queenstown. The role involves receiving incoming stock from suppliers and ensuring it is correctly logged and stored. You will work in a supportive team environment, enjoy regular daytime hours with no split shifts, and benefit from generous purchasing privileges. The position is on‑site at our Queenstown store, providing hands‑on experience in a busy retail warehouse setting.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming stock deliveries.
- Check deliveries against purchase orders and record any discrepancies.
- Organise stock in the warehouse for easy access and efficient order fulfilment.
- Report any issues to the Inwards/Warehouse Manager.
