Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to lead the day‑to‑day running of our digital warehouse. You will be responsible for picking, packing, stock replenishment and overall warehouse organisation within New Zealand's cycling industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the digital warehouse, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Pick and pack customer orders, maintaining high standards of speed and accuracy.
• Replenish stock levels, monitor inventory movements and update the warehouse management system.
• Organise warehouse layout to optimise space utilisation and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with the cycling product team to align stock availability with sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or inventory coordination, preferably in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to handle typical warehouse duties such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
