Inventory Manager

About the role

The Inventory Manager will lead inventory excellence for Tasti Products, a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturer based in Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland. Reporting to senior operations, you will ensure accurate stock reporting, robust controls and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records and reconcile discrepancies daily.
• Develop and implement inventory control processes to optimise stock levels.
• Generate regular inventory performance reports for senior management.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve turnover.
• Collaborate with procurement, production and logistics teams to align inventory with demand forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory management within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
