Inventory Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our Auckland team at LifeHealthcare. In this hands‑on position you will ensure accurate management and movement of medical products, supporting healthcare professionals and patient care across New Zealand and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory movements and process stock transfers from the national warehouse using SAP.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer consignment replenishments.
• Monitor product expiry across consignment stock, warehouse inventory and loan kits.
• Conduct cycle counts, investigate variances and maintain accurate inventory records in SAP.
• Keep storage areas organised, compliant and audit‑ready.
• Assist with general operational and logistics tasks as required.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse or logistics roles.
• Proactive, reliable team player with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with loan kit, sales, quality and operations teams.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar inventory management system) experience.
