About the role
Join a Fortune Global 500 leader as an International Operations Coordinator, providing essential customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will handle order processing, document scanning, shipment routing, and maintain professional relationships while supporting continuous process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and manage data for order processing, document scanning, and shipment routing.
- Process workforce management software exceptions.
- Generate, deliver and analyse various reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Administer discretionary, vacation and compensation day requests.
- Lead special projects, conduct research, and drive process innovation.
Required profile
- High school diploma, GED or international equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
