Internal Account Manager – Wellington

About the role

Symbio is seeking two Internal Account Managers to join its Wellington team. In this full‑time permanent position you will nurture and expand relationships with our telecom and software customers, helping them achieve better communication outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client partnerships across the Symbio portfolio.
• Identify strategic opportunities and act to improve client results.
• Monitor account performance and margin on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Collaborate with customers, peers, and internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Develop and execute account plans using sound commercial judgement.
• Stay ahead of market shifts and respond quickly to changes in key accounts.

Required profile

• Entry‑to‑mid‑level experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Proven ability to manage commercial relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation experience.
• Understanding of the telecommunications landscape.
