Internal Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking two motivated Internal Account Managers to join our Wellington team. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships within the telecommunications sector, supporting and expanding our customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow partnerships across the Symbio portfolio.
• Identify market shifts and proactively adjust account strategies.
• Drive strategic outcomes by planning actions that improve client results.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Entry‑to‑mid‑level experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Proven ability to manage commercial relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
