Intermediate Structural Engineer – Infrastructure & Energy Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Structural Engineer to join a collaborative, technically strong team within a well‑established engineering consultancy in Auckland. The role combines hands‑on structural design with project delivery support across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structural designs for new‑build, extension and seismic strengthening projects in infrastructure and energy/power sectors.
• Support project delivery from concept through detailed design to construction assistance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and assist in client and stakeholder communications.
• Contribute practical, fit‑for‑purpose design solutions while working closely with senior engineers.

Required profile

• Civil/structural engineering qualification.
• Solid design experience on heavy engineering or power‑related projects.
• Desire to develop technical and project delivery skills.
