Intermediate Structural Drafter / Digital Modeller

About the role

CaSE Design is seeking an Intermediate Structural Drafter to join its specialist engineering team. You will work on high‑profile infrastructure projects across New Zealand, Australia and internationally, applying digital modelling and BIM techniques to deliver buildable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design process within multidisciplinary teams, delivering exceptional projects.
• Produce structural models and detailed drawings using Revit and 3D digital modelling tools.
• Influence design decisions and provide strategic input to ensure solutions work on site.
• Explore and apply emerging construction technologies to improve drafting outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate closely with engineers to manage workload and optimise solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in structural modelling and drafting.
• Strong technical knowledge of structures and understanding of architectural, engineering and construction principles.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to high‑quality work.
• Team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
