Intermediate Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for an intermediate full‑stack software developer to join Sandfield’s Kiwi‑owned team. You will build and maintain web‑based applications for leading Australasian brands, turning complex business needs into reliable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and support web applications using the Microsoft stack (C#.NET Core, WebAPI).
• Create and query SQL Server databases to meet client data requirements.
• Collaborate directly with clients, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Solid experience building web applications with C# and .NET Core.
• Comfortable designing and querying SQL Server databases.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Willingness to support solutions in production.
