Intermediate Developer

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Developer to join BDO Digital’s small, high‑impact consulting team. You will work on a variety of client projects, delivering end‑to‑end solutions that improve business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own a piece of work from brief to delivery, making design decisions and ensuring quality.
• Develop integrations, modules or self‑contained projects using Python and AWS serverless services.
• Collaborate with senior developers, contribute ideas and flag issues early.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates.

Required profile

• Several years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience or strong interest in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
• Clear communication skills and curiosity about underlying business problems.
• Willingness to ask questions before building and to push back when needed.
