About the role

Join Gallagher Security’s Brand and Creative team as an Intermediate Creative. You will shape global campaigns across digital, print, social, and event channels, helping to redefine the security industry’s visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Generate original ideas and concepts in response to briefs.
• Participate in brainstorms and creative workshops, building on collaborative input.
• Design and execute high‑quality creative assets for campaigns, ads, promotions, and event collateral.
• Apply strong design fundamentals—layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy—to all work.
• Present and articulate creative concepts confidently to stakeholders.
• Maintain and evolve Gallagher Security’s brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and global partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a creative role (agency or in‑house).
• Tertiary qualification in design, advertising, marketing or a related field.
• Passion for creative problem‑solving and a commitment to high‑quality execution.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confidence presenting ideas and collaborating across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong graphic design capabilities, including layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience delivering multi‑channel campaigns.
