About the role
We are looking for an intermediate civil engineer to lead land development projects in Christchurch. The role offers genuine project ownership and the opportunity to sharpen engineering skills across end‑to‑end development cycles while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of land development projects from concept through delivery.
- Develop and review civil engineering designs related to subdivision, infrastructure and site works.
- Coordinate project documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants as needed.
Required profile
- Intermediate level civil engineer with interest in land development.
- Ability to work independently and within a hybrid team setting.
- Based in or willing to work in Christchurch, Canterbury.
