Inside Sales Representative – Sales Development Role

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing Auckland team. In this launchpad position you will own the top of the sales funnel, qualifying leads and creating meetings for our Business Development Managers across New Zealand and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Run outreach campaigns via phone, email and LinkedIn targeting architects, designers, builders and product brands.
• Book qualified meetings and demos for Business Development Managers.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot for every lead, touchpoint and next step.
• Support the sales team with research, follow‑ups, proposals and administrative tasks.
• Achieve weekly activity and meeting‑booking targets.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and target‑driven with a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging prospects on the phone.
• Fast learner who welcomes feedback and strives for continuous improvement.
• Organised, relentless follow‑up and never lets a lead go cold.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in architecture, design or the building industry is a plus.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM proficiency.
