Industry Trainer – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an Industry Trainer specialised in Real Estate to guide learners through their qualification journey. Based at our Wiri campus, you will combine your property‑management background with a passion for education, delivering a balanced and rewarding experience for both students and the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pastoral and academic support to multiple learner cohorts.
• Mark assessments and deliver timely, constructive feedback.
• Facilitate weekly cohort sessions that help learners complete assessments.
• Monitor learner progress, intervene early when needed, and support retention.
• Track engagement, manage extensions, and prepare monthly progress reports for the Delivery Lead.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 4 Residential Property Management qualification.
• At least three years of experience in property management or real estate.
• Knowledge of Unit Standard 4098 and Unit Standard 11551, or willingness to attain them with support.
• Proven experience supporting learners, tracking progress and giving feedback.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities across several cohorts.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
