Independent Contract Driver - Bureta Park

About the role

Woolworths NZ is seeking an independent contractor to run a delivery business from Bureta Park. You will operate a vehicle, manage a small team and act as the primary liaison between Woolworths and its online customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide delivery service across three daily delivery cycles, six days a week.
• Load orders safely and efficiently while complying with food and safety standards.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to store or contract managers.
• Recruit and manage relief drivers or additional staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure on‑time completion of routes.

Required profile

• Full clean driver’s licence held for at least the past two years.
• Strong knowledge of the Bureta Park and surrounding area.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to run your own business under a well‑known brand.
• Trustworthy, confident and energetic with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Required skills

• Valid clean driver’s licence.
• Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle.
