Inbound Sales & Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Inbound Sales & Account Manager to join Jobbie, New Zealand’s fast‑growing renovation platform. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners who have already expressed interest in renovating, turning warm leads into signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Call new homeowner leads within one hour of sign‑up and qualify their projects.
• Create and manage the job entry on the Jobbie platform during the call.
• Coordinate with vetted builders, arrange site visits and chase quotes.
• Follow up homeowner decisions, ensuring each job progresses without delay.
• Maintain a clear, end‑to‑end process from lead to signed contract.

Required profile

• Background in real estate, property management, or building‑company administration.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of client relationships by phone.
• Responsive, proactive follow‑up and strong closing capability.
• Comfortable discussing renovation projects without extensive hand‑holding.
