Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join a fast‑growing global SaaS company. This fully remote position serves customers across New Zealand, guiding them through onboarding, configuration and long‑term adoption of our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end customer onboarding and implementation projects.
• Configure workflows and platform functionality to match client requirements.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers during and after implementation.
• Support user adoption and drive long‑term platform success.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product and Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes and expand value.
• Manage a portfolio of customers through implementation and beyond.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a SaaS or software company.
• Strong customer‑facing communication skills.
• Background in implementation, onboarding, customer success or related consulting roles.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and comfortable learning new technologies.
