Implementation Business Analyst – Contract

About the role

Frequency, a construction project‑management consultancy, is rolling out a new core business system and a SharePoint‑based document management solution. The Implementation Business Analyst will work closely with the CFO and Implementation Lead to translate business needs into practical system designs, supporting the project through implementation, go‑live and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Map current‑state processes and design future‑state workflows for the new PSA/ERP system.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to confirm requirements, assess impacts and guide implementation decisions.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, data flows and system dependencies.
• Support data migration activities, including cleansing, mapping, validation, testing and reconciliation.
• Develop UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, test cases and manage defect logs.
• Prepare change‑management materials, user guides, training collateral and communications to drive adoption.

Required profile

• Strong process‑mapping, requirements documentation and analytical abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills across all business levels.
• Solid understanding of data migration principles and experience coordinating UAT.
• Ability to work autonomously, build relationships quickly and contribute with minimal ramp‑up time.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, engineering, construction or similar project‑based environments is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with PSA/ERP platforms such as Deltek, Projectworks, Vantagepoint or Total Synergy.
• Proficiency in SharePoint or other document‑management system implementations.
• Data migration expertise, including cleansing, mapping and validation.
• UAT test case development and defect‑tracking capabilities.
