Identity Management Consultant

About the role

CyberCX is seeking an experienced Identity Management Consultant to design, implement and manage cutting‑edge IAM/PAM solutions for its enterprise and government clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their security requirements and deliver robust identity governance and administration services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and discovery workshops to capture client requirements.
• Redesign business processes and define functional and design specifications for IDAM solutions.
• Configure and integrate leading IAM/PAM products, ensuring system efficiency and compliance.
• Identify gaps, propose alternatives, and manage risks and issues to successful resolution.
• Provide recommendations, enhancements and managed‑service support across multiple engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering IT implementation projects, preferably in HR or cloud services.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with leading IAM/PAM platforms such as CyberArk, Okta, IBM, SailPoint, Dell or Microsoft.
• Solid understanding of IDAM concepts, processes and policies.
