HR Manager, Lifecycle Contract Management - APAC

About the role

Remote is looking for an HR Manager to lead the Lifecycle Contracts Management team for the APAC region. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining service levels for contract management across India, Southeast Asia, and Japan, working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle contracts management process for APAC markets.
• Provide expert guidance on global employment, labour law, and contract compliance.
• Integrate automation and AI solutions to enhance HR operations.
• Continuously improve customer journeys and operational capacity across 80+ countries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold and elevate HR best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR Operations across multiple APAC countries.
• Deep knowledge of contracts management and local labour legislation.
• Track record of scaling HR operations in diverse APAC markets.
• Hands‑on people‑management experience with a coaching mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international scale‑up environment.
• Service‑level orientation with a focus on continuous improvement.
