HR Business Partner Oceania

About the role

Arxada is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its Oceania operations. In this hands‑on position you will act as a trusted advisor to regional leaders, driving people strategies that enhance employee experience and enable business success across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across Oceania to provide strategic and operational HR support, coaching and guidance at all levels.
• Deliver core HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Manage compensation and benefits processes, such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, and internal equity considerations.
• Oversee payroll administration in collaboration with local and APAC teams, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and develop HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and local requirements.
• Act as an employee advocate, fostering engagement, strong relationships, and a high‑performance culture.
• Support organizational development initiatives, including learning & development programs and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and discretion handling confidential information.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
