HR Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our People function within the Community Health portfolio. You will work as part of a well‑established HR Business Partnering team, providing strategic and operational HR support across a diverse, multi‑faceted organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver generalist HR advisory services to managers and employees.
• Support the development of high‑performing teams and enable organisational change.
• Contribute to the broader people strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Navigate complex employment‑relations matters and provide case‑management expertise.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders across frontline ambulance services, community health programmes and commercial activities.

Required profile

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR Advisor in complex environments.
• Strong background in employment relations and complex case management.
• Proven ability to lead or embed end‑to‑end change initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with a coaching style to influence stakeholders.
• Adaptable, positive attitude and ability to work at pace.
