About the role

Pacific Health Group is seeking an HR Administrator to join its fast‑paced HR team in Wellington. The role supports recruitment, performance management and a range of HR processes, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR processes including recruitment, performance reviews and employee documentation.
• Maintain and enhance HR systems to improve support and efficiency.
• Manage workflow within the ELMO HR platform.
• Prepare and distribute HR‑related documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, energetic approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Effective time‑management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality administrative support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using ELMO or similar HR information systems.
