About the role
The Housing Support Administrator provides varied administrative support to a nationwide social housing service. This role blends financial processing, tenancy administration and team coordination to help whānau across Aotearoa.
Key responsibilities
- Process financial transactions related to housing payments and budgets.
- Manage tenancy records, including applications, renewals and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide administrative assistance to the housing team and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
- Maintain accurate data in housing management systems.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
