Housekeeping Room Attendant & Houseman – Boutique Hotel

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Room Attendants and a Houseman to join our supportive, friendly team at a 4.5‑star boutique hotel located in Auckland’s Central Business District. This casual, on‑site position offers the chance to work in a dynamic hospitality environment while delivering high‑quality guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist the Houseman with inventory management, laundry coordination, and supply stocking.
• Collaborate with front‑desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and lift moderate loads.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
