Hotel Porter – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Porter to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Pullman Auckland Airport. The role involves providing concierge, luggage handling and lobby services while upholding the hotel’s 5‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, use names when possible and anticipate their needs.
• Assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, coordinate valet parking and provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Act as a concierge by arranging tours, transport and local recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organised and polished lobby environment.
• Handle mail and parcel services, support other departments and address guest concerns promptly.
• Participate in training and contribute to a safe, seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality or hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong guest‑service focus.
• Good knowledge of Auckland’s attractions.
• Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, adaptable, culturally aware and aligned with Accor’s Heartist values.
