Host for Iconic Queenstown Vessels (Full‑time)

About the role

Join RealNZ as a Host aboard the historic TSS Earnslaw and the Spirit of Queenstown, delivering unforgettable guest experiences on Lake Wakatipu. You will work in a dynamic, water‑based environment, providing food and beverage service and supporting vessel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests boarding the vessels.
• Serve food and drinks in the café, bar and restaurant areas.
• Assist with boarding procedures and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vessels.
• Support daily vessel operations and collaborate with the close‑knit team.

Required profile

• Minimum one year experience in food and beverage service, including bar and barista duties.
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Willingness to contribute to all aspects of the operation, from service to cleaning.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $26‑$28 NZD with a guaranteed 30 hours per week.
